Shipping Policy

We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing before your item is shipped.

Shipping Options & Costs:

  • Standard Shipping: (e.g., 5-7 business days) - $4.99 or FREE on orders over $50.

  • Expedited Shipping: (e.g., 2-3 business days) - $12.99.

  • Overnight Shipping: (e.g., 1 business day) - $24.99. Orders must be placed before 12 PM EST to qualify for next-day delivery.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package's journey.

Please note: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase or order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as "final sale"

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email address] with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.

  3. Securely pack the item(s) and include the RMA number inside the package.

  4. Ship the return to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  • We are happy to exchange an item for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please follow the return process and indicate that you would like an exchange.
